Lambert Chandler, Partner/FounderLambert holds a B.S. in Mathematics from The Citadel. He has been recruiting IT processing professionals since 1978. Prior experience includes five years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), a national facilities management firm, as a Systems Engineer and Project Leader. While at EDS, he was primarily involved in the design and programming of health care and banking systems. Leveraging his technology and recruiting background, in 1983 Lambert was one of the five original founders of MATRIX. Currently he manages the Finance, Legal, Administration, internal IT, and HR divisions within MATRIX. Lambert grew up on a farm in South Carolina, and still enjoys raising goats, horses, donkeys, and chickens. He also serves as treasurer of a non-profit wildlife preservation society in his community. |

Jon Davis, Vice President – Western RegionJon Davis serves as the Vice President of the Western Region for MATRIX. He is responsible for all sales in the Midwest and Western regions for MATRIX. His Dallas office specializes in placing highly skilled talent in the IT sector. Jon has been in the executive, athletic, medical, and technical recruiting fields for 15 years and has been with MATRIX for 11 years. He has sold search services at the retained, contingent, and unbundled levels. His experience ranges from Fortune 100 companies to start-up ventures. He has held positions as Recruiter, Business Developer, Recruiting Manager, and Sales Manager. Jon has led training seminars on the topics of sales skills for the staffing industry, effective territory evaluation, prospecting, and time management techniques for success. |

Tom Decherd - Vice President of National Account OperationsTom serves as the Vice President for National Account Operations and oversees the operation of the MATRIX Charlotte office. MATRIX has a focus on developing large account relationships, and Tom's team provides the sales and recruiting resources to deliver staffing consultants and professional services teams to meet client needs. Tom has more than two decades of experience selling, planning, building and managing strategic IT capabilities in complex business environments. He possesses extensive knowledge of IT management and service delivery methodologies, including offshore outsourcing management and governance. Tom is from Houston, TX, and graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. Tom began his career as an application developer and worked his way into leading consulting service delivery and sales organizations across the United States. |

Frank Glenn, Partner/Founder (1948-2010)Frank graduated from The Citadel with a BS in Business Administration. He served in Vietnam as a U.S. Army reconnaissance helicopter pilot. He started his business career with IBM where he specialized in selling and installing IT systems primarily with first time computer users. His focus was on distribution and the resort industries. Frank then participated in the start up of Cambar Business Systems as Vice President of Sales. In 1983 Frank was one of the original founders of MATRIX. In 2010, Frank’s focus at MATRIX included National Accounts and the Staffing segment. Frank served as an adjunct professor and on the Advisory Board for the School of Business at The Citadel, and as a board member for the Storm Eye Institute at The Medical University of South Carolina. Though Frank passed away October 2010, his legacy is embedded in the MATRIX culture. We will always remember his high integrity, caring attitude, and passion for excellence. |

William Gower, Partner/FounderBill’s career in the Information Technology industry began in 1967 with IBM Corporation’s computer services and software division as a systems engineer trainee. He progressed to full account manager. Later, Bill advanced to a new publicly held international computer services company, Comshare, Inc., as branch manager and later regional manager for sales and systems support for the eastern half of the U.S. including 14 offices while managing over half of the company’s revenue. In 1980 Bill moved to the IT staffing sector and in 1983 became one of the founders of MATRIX, and subsequently directed the establishment of the Professional Services Division. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Oglethorpe University. Bill has served on a number of Boards in an effort to help others through his experience. Currently, he serves as President for the two Boys & Girls Clubs of Nassau County FL (NE Florida), Baptist Medical System Board member (five hospitals), and in a leadership role at Amelia Plantation Chapel. |

Tom Kapish, Executive Vice President of Professional ServicesExecutive Vice President Tom Kapish spearheaded the launch of MATRIX Professional Services in 2004 and has overall responsibility for client solutions delivery, MATRIX Telecom Services, and the internal MATRIX Information Technologies organization. His responsibilities include services practices development, technology advancement, and vendor partnership development. Previously, Tom served as VP of Corporate Operations at MATRIX with the responsibility for setting strategic direction and tactical management of the operating divisions in support of the growth and expansion of the company's business lines. At the Coca-Cola Company for eight years, he served as Group Operations Manager in Technical Operations, providing technology solutions world-wide in support of new product packaging initiatives. Prior to that he was Manager of Software Development and Professional Services team lead for Modular Computer Systems, Inc. |

Ron McGinty, Partner/Founder - retiredAfter graduating with a B.S. in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University, Ron spent five years in public accounting with John T. McGinty & Associates, first as a staff accountant and later as a partner. The years to follow were met with a career change into sales and marketing in the data processing industry. Earlier experience was with National CSS as a marketing representative and as branch manager. Subsequent years were spent as the southern region manager for R.J. Software before stepping into the personnel consulting business, and becoming one of the founders of MATRIX. |

Jim Murphy, Vice President – Eastern RegionJim Murphy currently serves as the Vice President of the Eastern Region for MATRIX. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. Jim joined MATRIX in June, 1994 in its permanent placement division before moving to contract staffing in 1996. In 1998, Jim was promoted to Director of NC Operations and opened up and launched business operations for MATRIX in North Carolina, initially focusing on the Research Triangle Park region and eventually expanding into Charlotte, NC. In December, 2007, Jim was promoted to Regional Director, East-Midwest region. |

Don Palmer, Vice President of National AccountsAs Vice President of National Accounts, Don Palmer has assisted MATRIX clients for over 20 years to maximize their investments in IT human capital and IT services. His current responsibilities include working with Fortune 500 clients and ensuring they are fully engaged with the various human capital solutions offered by our staff augmentation and professional services businesses. |

John Scarbrough, Partner/FounderJohn holds a BBA and MBA from Georgia State University. A computer industry veteran, John’s experience includes many years with IBM Corporation in positions ranging from systems support, marketing and sales, and as a member of the Southern Region Staff. While working for IBM, John was involved with systems for manufacturing, distribution, banking, retail, financial, and a wide variety of other types of businesses and applications. In 1983 John was one of the five original founders of MATRIX. John supervises the MATRIX Telecom division and provides general management oversight and counsel for MATRIX Staffing and Professional Services divisions. John led the efforts to develop and implement nationally recognized web sites and search engines for MATRIX and best of breed internal sales operations systems; and is heavily involved in MATRIX ongoing Web strategies. John served as Chairman of MATRIX from 2001 to 2008; and on the board of the Wesleyan School of Atlanta. |

Robert Stovall, Chief Financial OfficerAs CFO for MATRIX, Robert is responsible for all Finance related activities for the company. He manages the company’s banking relationships, tax and audit activities, business insurance, Real Estate transactions, legal interests and treasury functions. As a member of the executive team, Robert plays an integral role in launching new business lines and in company acquisitions. |

Gary Wood, Executive Vice President of SalesGary Wood, Executive Vice President of Sales, possesses three decades experience covering all aspects of the IT services and IT staffing industries. He has achieved significant success in developing long-term business partnerships with large corporate clients. Embracing the concept of a single point of contact relationship, Gary’s ongoing mission is to provide coordinated relationships with our clients, providing all services that MATRIX offers. He is spearheading the merging of the Professional Services and Staffing sales organizations. Gary combines extensive knowledge of IT staffing and services along with delivery processes and customer service excellence. In his early days with MATRIX, Gary managed large staffing accounts focused on the contract staffing area. He served as Director of the MATRIX IT Contract Services group. In his 18 years prior to MATRIX, Gary held various sales management positions in the computer hardware, services, software, and professional services sectors. |
