ATLANTA (June 23, 2008) – Atlanta’s MATRIX Resources, Inc. today was named No. 15 among the Best Medium Size Companies to Work for in America at the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) 60th Annual Conference and Exposition in Chicago, IL.

This is the fourth consecutive year MATRIX has been recognized by SHRM and the Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTW) in the annual ranking of the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America. Previously, MATRIX was ranked among small size companies as follows: 2007, No. 11; 2006, No. 14; and 2005, No. 19. GPTW evaluates and ranks the top 25 small and top 25 medium size companies in America that use smart people management strategies to develop successful organizations with highly productive and satisfied workforces.

The rankings are largely determined based on results from a randomly distributed employee opinion survey. Each company evaluated was given a score based on employees’ anonymous responses to a detailed questionnaire about the organizations’ workplace cultures.
