MATRIX Resources Named the “Gold Standard”

ATLANTA (January, 16 2008) – Information Technology staffing and solutions specialist MATRIX Resources, Inc. has been named the “Gold Standard” for Customer Service Excellence, by SI Review magazine. SI Review awarded MATRIX the Gold Award for Most Effective Customer Acquisition and Retention Program.

This is the second consecutive year MATRIX has been honored with a Customer Service Excellence Award from SI Review. MATRIX received the Silver Award in 2006 in addition to the 2007 Gold Award. Published by Staffing Industry Analysts, SI Review annually gathers information and evaluates the customer acquisition and retention programs of staffing firms across the U.S., and interviews their respective customers. Winners are chosen in Gold, Silver and Bronze award categories.
