We have immediate opportunities available for Recruiters to join our Team. We are looking for candidates who have a proven, referenceable agency track record of sourcing and placing IT candidates in both contract and permanent positions.

To be successful, you need to be able to establish strong relationships with candidates through phone calls, meetings and on-site visits. Successful candidates will have  previous interviewing and resume screening skills to ensure candidate's credentials match job requirements; experience building and maintaining a network for new business opportunities and referrals to help source qualified candidates.

This position requires strong negotiating and communication skills; a person who is highly motivated and a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and strong desire to be the best excellent organization skills, with an emphasis on maintaining detailed documentation. At MATRIX, you'll work alongside the most talented sales and recruiting professionals in the industry. You'll use the latest technologies, leverage a massive candidate database and utilize a suite of  recruiting tools in a results-driven and collaborative culture.

Experience

• To be competitive, 3+ years of stable technical recruiting experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
• 1+ years experience generating referrals and cold calling leads to source unique or specialized skill sets required by our clients
• Must be self-motivated, be a team player, and a have a high ethical standard
