Sourcer
Description
We have immediate opportunities available for highly motivated Sourcers to join our Recruiting Team. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of sourcing candidates for both contract and permanent positions within an agency environment.
You must be able to source candidates for specialized positions, primarily IT, but occasionally non-IT, for both local and non-local positions. Source candidates through various means including internal databases, Internet sites, social networking, trade associations and user groups, among others. Conduct interviews and skills testing for candidates.
Must be highly motivated, persistent and possess a strong desire to be the best. Excellent time management and organization skills, with an emphasis on maintaining detailed documentation, are required. You will work alongside the most talented and long tenured sales and recruiting professionals in the industry.

Experience
- 1 to 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience required
- Sourcing experience for IT positions preferred
- Ability to source passive candidates via Web, recruiting via LinkedIn, Google, MySpace, Twitter, Bing, agency environment
- Must be self-motivated, ability to work within a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and a have a high ethical standard
- Technical background a plus
