Account Executive Andrew Chadwick joined MATRIX in 1996, having previously worked as a retained search physician recruiter.  Andrew's manager in the physician search industry had joined MATRIX and invited Andrew to consider coming to MATRIX as well.  It was a natural for him to move also.... Andrew said the decision was easy. “I definitely wanted to make the switch to IT.  I met with the MATRIX Partners and it was obviously a great company.  They did things the right way and I liked  the integrity and the opportunity that was presented to me.”   Andrew worked in MATRIX Dallas for three years, then moved to RTP as a new office opened in 1999.

He still feels that integrity is MATRIX's great asset.  "I feel that anytime I am competing against any other IT services company, I have an advantage.  Our business is a services business and you have to be able to stand behind your name, commitments and reputation.  We do an excellent job of living up to our commitments."

Andrew acknowledges that it takes a lot of hard work to find good candidates and perseverance to complete successful IT projects.  However the satisfaction of solving problems for a client or finding a candidate a job, is “exhilarating”. 

A former collegiate soccer player and college football place-kicker, Andrew is also the head boy's soccer coach at Green Hope High School in his "spare time."  He also enjoys boating, water-skiing and golf and chasing after his two young children.
