Senior Account Executive, Eli Carrasquillo, came to MATRIX 10 years ago after realizing he could not get the support he needed to fill his IT searches from his previous IT staffing company. He found he needed a company that could fill all the jobs his clients were requiring, not just a handful of them, and was spinning his wheels. MATRIX was his answer. “Most companies don’t want to call 10 people to hire 10 different positions. It’s better just to call one that can hire all 10 different positions. MATRIX is that company.”

As a Senior Account Executive, Eli enjoys many things about his job. Developing strong, happy, client relationships and helping candidates find the right opportunity brings him great joy.

It brings a lot of job satisfaction to be able to sit in on these meetings, hear how leaders think, and be a part of a true solution, as well as a respected partner of that client.“

When Eli is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and loves to scuba dive.
