Glen has been working for MATRIX as an account executive since 1996.  He was one of three gentlemen who started the Phoenix branch.  The ownership and the management, and how MATRIX treats their employees, is what Glen really likes about the company.  “It’s a great environment.  It all starts at the top and rolls on down.  That’s probably the best part…the environment and the care that you feel from the ownership and from all the employees as well.”

Working at MATRIX is very rewarding for him because he feels that he is doing a meaningful service for people.  “It’s great to see those people year after year and talk to them, and maybe some of them are still in jobs that we placed them in ten years ago.  It’s a good feeling doing what we do; we are helping people find jobs and helping roles get filled.” 

The majority of Glen’s time outside of the office is devoted to his family and his two daughters.  He also enjoys exercising.  “I do work out quite a bit, jog every day and do a lot of hiking in the desert in Arizona.  So my time is either work out related or family related.”
