With more than a decade of experience in IT staffing and an entrepreneurial spirit, Account Executive Valerie Harrison jumped at the opportunity to help open the MATRIX San Francisco branch in 2007. 

She doesn’t regret the decision. “I had a great relationship with the previous staffing companies I worked for, but MATRIX is clearly the best. Everyone is very positive, very collaborative,  with high integrity.  The list goes on.”

According to those who have worked with her “Valerie is one of those people that is very good at what she does.  She's fun to be around and is someone that everyone wants to spend time with. I've seen first hand her ability to quickly build relationships with clients, candidates and consultants and develop a level of trust and teamwork.” 

Valerie herself agrees that she is a real people person. “ I work at understanding what the client needs are and identifying a solid candidate match, seeing the client and consultant work together and achieve success.  That gives me great satisfaction."

A third generation Californian, Valerie lives north of San Francisco where she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, running with her dogs, and keeping up with her twin boys.
