Bob Galen is a software engineer by trade and a technical leader by experience. He is a principal in RGalen Consulting Group, based in Cary, NC. For the past 15 years, he has held significant leadership roles at Bell & Howell, ChannelAdvisor, EMC, Lucent, Thomson/Dialog, and Unisys.

Currently his focus is Agile Methods Coaching, Training, Evangelism & Speaking. He has a track record of effectiveness in leading diverse technical teams towards project success in an energized and humane fashion utilizing Agile & Traditional methods. If there is a key to Bob’s style its Balance and Effectiveness. His is a member of the Agile Alliance, a Certified Scrum Master & Scrum Product Owner, and an experienced XP Coach.

Carol Hacker

Jennifer B. Kahnweiler, PhD

Jennifer B. Kahnweiler, PhD, is a workplace and careers expert and author of The Introverted Leader: Building on Your Quiet Strength (Berrett-Koehler, 2009, $19.95). Founder and president of AboutYOU, Inc., an Atlanta-based leadership consultancy, she is an executive coach and corporate speaker. She is a frequent source for national media and a former workplace advice columnist for AARP, SHRM, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

She was selected as a featured work-life expert on the TBS television show "Movie and a Makeover" and also received the highest honor from the National Career Development Association. A Ph.D. in Counseling and Organizational Development, she specializes in developing and coaching introverted leaders.

Janna Mansker

Janna is Vice President of Client Services for The Berke Group, where she leads their education initiatives and serves as their key client advocate. Berke provides powerful assessment software that measures personality, talent, and intelligence and helps companies hire the best people. Janna develops Berke’s learning programs and provides both on-site and web-based management training for companies and individuals. She also writes about people management strategies, trends and best practices for the company’s website and blog.

Janna joined Berke in 1992 and has worked with hundreds of clients all over the United States during her 18 years with the organization. She has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events and has published a variety of articles on management and organizational issues. Janna graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in English and lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.

Joe Ruf

Joe has over 30 years experience in IT, and retired as Vice President of BellSouth Information Systems. Prior to BellSouth, Joe served four years in the United States Air Force. Since retiring from BellSouth Joe has served two terms on the Board of Directors of Atlanta Habitat For Humanity. Currently, Joe is a counselor with the Atlanta Chapter of SCORE, mentoring to America's Small Business. He has counseled with SCORE for eight years and has made numerous management and leadership presentations.

Chris Wright

Chris Wright is Founder, President, and Managing Principal of Tanden LLC, a human and organizational performance optimization firm based in Raleigh, NC. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLPTM) with over twenty (20) years of project leadership, mentoring, consulting, and learning and development experience.

Mr. Wright specializes in maximizing human capital performance through optimally aligned adult learning systems. Chris has a Masters degree in Project Management (MPM) from Western Carolina University and a Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Economics and Spanish from Georgia Southern University.
