Her viewpoint is the result of her successful business career including a position as the Director of Human Resources for the North American Division of a European manufacturing company, Employee Relations Manager for the Miller Brewing Company, and County Office Director for the U.S. Department of Labor.  She has an academic background that includes a BS and MS with honors from the University of Wisconsin.
