Through our more than 25 years of staffing experience, we have developed a well thought out and tested method called – The MATRIX Process. This process guides our candidate attraction, screening, retention, quality assurance, and client communication methodologies.

The steps below take you through a typical staffing cycle using The MATRIX Process. The process is very similar for both our contract consultants and our permanent placements.
