Business Analyst (Technical)

Description: 
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  • Translates requirements into new information technology project specifications.
  • Creates project plans for information technology development and testing.
  • Identifies, communicates, and manages risks associated with projects.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
