National Accounts Recruiting Director, Elizabeth Varrenti joined MATRIX in 1998 in a full desk role ( both recruiter and account executive).   Previously she had worked in software sales, and started her career with IBM.    When Elizabeth had children, she was able to successfully job share for about five years.  In 2005, she decided to relocate to her home town of Rochester and transitioned to work on MATRIX National Accounts from that location.

Elizabeth greatly appreciates the flexibility she has been afforded by MATRIX “I can’t say enough good things about the company,” she said.  Every time I have started a new chapter in my life ---getting married, buying a house, having kids --- MATRIX  has done everything to accommodate me.  So I am driven to perform for the company and do everything I can to make the company successful.  I feel like it's family.”

In her National Accounts Recruiting Director role, Elizabeth oversees recruiting talent for Banking/Financial Services clients in NYC, Charlotte and nationally. “ I love my job,” said Elizabeth. “I love filling jobs.  I love keeping clients and candidates happy, getting to  know them and their families, building relationships and learning what motivates them.”

Outside the office, Elizabeth is equally dedicated.  Between shuttling her children to gymnastics, basketball, baseball, soccer, and volunteering at church, she keeps on the move.
