Jason has been recruiting since 1987 – or as Jason puts it, “since dinosaurs roamed the earth”. He started out as a consultant for a MATRIX client in May 2005 and got to know his Account Executive pretty well throughout the year. At some point, Jason was asked if he would ever consider working at a staffing firm. “Even though I was a consultant for MATRIX, I came to understand the culture of the company and knew it was where I wanted to be.” He began working permanently for MATRIX in January 2006.

Jason strongly believes that everyone should be treated equally, with honesty and with respect.  “I would never ask anyone I work with to do something I wasn’t willing to do myself.” Jason has found the people at MATRIX to have very similar values on how one should conduct themselves in business. “The partners started MATRIX in 1983 and pushed really hard for a certain inertia of culture that continues to sustain the company. They pushed to hire the right people, taught a "do the right thing" mindset, and always worked to be better at what we do. I am always excited to come to work and I very much enjoy the people that I work with.” 

Jason spends the majority of his spare time hanging out with his family. He loves spending time with his wife and three girls, camping and going to the movies.
