MATRIX subsidizes a portion of the cost of our medical benefits for our employees, and we have multiple plans to choose from.  Coverage begins the first day of the month coinciding with or next following 60 consecutive days of employment (e.g. start date is 7/15, eligibility date is 10/1).  Review all of our benefits here.

Open Enrollment - April 27- May 8, 2015

June 1st marks the beginning of our plan year for the MATRIX group Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance. 

Open Enrollment is the only time each year when our employees may make new benefit elections, and/or change existing benefit elections for themselves and their dependents.  Changes may be made by submitting the Change or Enrollment Form to the Benefits Department by Friday, May 8, 2015 

Your change will take effect on June 1, 2015. 

If you do not wish to make any changes to your elections, no action is required on your part!

Dependent Care FSA & Transit/Parking Reimbursement Account Open Enrollment

It is now “Open Enrollment” for the 2015 - 2016 plan year (6/1 - 5/31) of our Flexible Benefits Program or FSA.  All full-time W2 MATRIX employees are eligible to enroll in the plan for the new plan year that begins June 1, 2015 and ends May 31, 2016. Current participants MUST re-enroll to continue to participate past May 31, 2015.
