Susanne is the point person for all benefits information at MATRIX. An awesome responsibility that she handles with grace under pressure.

“Interaction with the employees is the most enjoyable part of my job. I spend a lot of time with my head in a spreadsheet analyzing benefit detail, so to be able to pick up the phone and problem solve for an employee and be able to tackle some kind of claims or service issue they have with a vendor, is really rewarding. Benefits can be very complex for people.  I like to break that down and simplify the process for them.  That level of service and employee commitment is one area that sets the MATRIX Benefits Department apart from other organizations.”

Out of the office, Susanne enjoys cooking, running, reading and most of all being a mommy.
