You won’t often find MATRIX Trainer Tracy Munroe twiddling her thumbs.  She keeps a very busy schedule. Her primary responsibility is for all new hire training on sales, recruiting and system processes. She is also responsible for working with the IT department on any system enhancements.

She enjoys new hire training the most. “I am one of the few people in the organization that gets to meet everybody who comes to work at MATRIX, no matter what office, “ says Tracy.   "That really helps me build a long term relationship with each person" 

She also likes to be in the mix for new enhancements. “I enjoy being part of the team that talks about and brainstorms about new ideas and/or changes to our system processes".

Not surprisingly Tracy finds “the people of MATRIX”  to be company’s greatest asset.   “You can start with any new company and they might tell you about ethics and morals and how they treat people right. Lot of times its true, but a lot of times, it is not true. But at MATRIX it is true.  MATRIX does a great job of making sure the people they hire treat each other with respect and honesty"

Tracy keeps up the same philosophies during her off hours. “A big part of why I was interested in training is because it’s like a teaching role.  I began college studying teaching and it has always stayed with me. Now I do volunteer work with children in foster care. In that role, you have to do lots of instructing with children and parents."  

"I guess when you think about it, most of my outside activities fall back into helping somebody learn something or do a better job."
