Congratulations to Mitch Gilstrap on his selection as our 3rd Quarter 2011 MATRIX Consultant of the Quarter representing our Eastern region.

In a word, Mitch is "exceptional.” In his time with our client, Mitch has moved from the role of Project Manager to more of a Program Manager and PMO Lead.  He has demonstrated professionalism and dedication that goes well beyond expectations.  His communication skills and "can do" attitude are unmatched.  He demonstrates great customer service skills and responsiveness.  He gets his projects done on time, and on budget.

As you can see from the comments from senior leadership at this client, Mitch is an excellent choice for this award and deserving of the recognition.

  • "When looking to identify a resource to lead this project, it was unanimous amongst management and our business partners that Mitch would be the best choice."
  • "Mitch has helped the team to “think outside the box”.
  • "Mitch has been adept at understanding not only project requirements, but the reasoning behind them.  Our business partners trust and rely on his feedback."
  • "It’s been my experience that the sheer volume of work Mitch has had to juggle simultaneously would have challenged the most experienced leads."
  • "He stays ahead of the game and does not get overwhelmed.  We can count on him to be a calming influence and not drop the ball."
  • "Mitch takes all changes in stride without a negative attitude.  With each change, his mantra has been, don’t worry, we’ll get this done."
  • "His work has been pivotal and is opening doors for other opportunities. We are truly fortunate in having Mitch on our team."

Mitch, we extend a hearty thank you on this well-deserved recognition.  We greatly appreciate your outstanding level of service and dedication.  Mitch will receive a $300 "Night on the Town" American Express gift certificate and an engraved desk memento in recognition for his much appreciated contribution.

In addition, please join us in recognizing Margaret Beaudoin, Ian Firman, and Prasanna Polusani for also receiving nominations.  We very much appreciate their efforts and contributions and want to extend a special thank you to them as well.
